ndrea Lee is an emerging star on the LPGA Tour, highlighted by her first win at the 2022 Portland Classic. Lee is a winner in every level. She won nine times at Standford University during her collegiate time and was ranked for 17 weeks playing as the #1 Ladies Amateur. She was awarded the Mark H. McCormack medal in 2019 as the highest-ranked amateur female at the conclusion of the season. Later that year, she became a professional. In 2014, the US Women's Open was her first cut. It was her 15th birthday and her father was her caddie. The LPGA Tour invited her as a sponsor to her 2015 ANA Inspiration, where she was able to make the cut, but only by one stroke. Lee participated for the USA at the Junior Ryder Cup Junior Solheim Cup Curtis Cup Women's World Amateur Team Championship and the Junior Ryder Cup. As the first female student to join Stanford University, Lee was the most decorated in Stanford's past. In the three-year period which followed, she was awarded numerous title. Lee graduated from Stanford University in 2019 and became a professional. The amateur career of her was a success, seeing her finish 17 weeks at the leading the World Amateur Golf Ranking. Lee was awarded an award called the Mark H. McCormack award during the year 2019 following having been the top amateur. Lee was a top amateur who scored four albatrosses as well as four holes-in-1. Lee finished among the top 10 twice in her debut year on the LPGA Tour. She was a T7 finisher in 2020's AIG Women's Open held at Kingsbarns Golf Links. Lee was able to make an LPGA Tour debut in the Portland Classic of 2022. Lee dedicated her win to her late grandfather Min who always considered me a champion, and he believed in me from the beginning. She added, "I was so grateful to him. It's a good thing that he's always looking over me." She had previously participated in soccer, taekwondo or figure skating. Lee has an array of hobbies outside golf, including movies, shopping and singing.
