Annmarie, a Human Resources professional with more than 30 years' experience, has helped leaders, their teams, and organisations improve their performance. It was particularly true during periods of rapid transformation and business growth. Annmarie was a consultant, helping translate people and business strategies into strategies, goals and corporate-wide targets with regard to performance management and organizational, employee involvement, and transformation. She has a passion for learning, and she views management and team building as her ultimate advantage.
